Seven Tea Greeno

Greeno introduces a new kind of tea hero: a green-tea den protector born in the “2D anime world”, created to connect with Gen-Z office workers through character IP and collectible culture.

Seven Tea wanted to engage young office workers and new graduates, a generation that gravitates toward IP characters and collecting merch. We personified Greeno as a relatable guardian spirit and began developing his universe as a long-term brand storytelling platform. His narrative, origin, and collectible companions help express the brand in a way that feels native to youth culture.

AI played a major role across the entire pipeline: from fast concept exploration to styling, 3D modelling, and physical toy prototyping, making the process 40% faster than a traditional workflow. Greeno’s design blends anime sensibility with tactile charm, allowing the brand to build an expandable character system that deepens engagement with its Gen-Z audience.

Since the launch of this character, we saw a 20% increase in social followers.
